The Take Five Multisensory Programme has been designed to support the development of early literacy skills in young children,  It provides an activity-based short-term intervention which focuses on what young children like to do best, play.  

The handbook introduces the programme to early years practitioners and includes background information on each of the five elements. Phonological Awareness; Auditory Memory; Visual memory; Manual Dexterity and Spatial Memory.
