Pupils can add sand and glitter to the letter outlines to practice tracing and writing letter shapes. Teaches the first 50 high frequency words and simple VCV words; flash card templates included.
Tactile Sounds and High Frequency words provides an introduction to the key phonic sounds that underpin the learning of English. The sounds are set out in the pattern laid down in the 2014 English Curriculum and pupils are presented with a range of activities that include opportunites to sound out the phonemes, practise writing the letter shapes and gain vocabulary through reading.
