Cancellations

You can cancel an order at any point before despatch. Please contact us by phone or e-mail should you wish to cancel.

Returns

Once the goods have been sent to you returns are at your expense. Under EC distance selling regulations you have the right to return goods for a full refund at any point in the first 14 days after despatch. If you wish to return goods please do contact us first to tell us what you are returning so we can look out for your parcel. In some cases partial refunds or penalties may be levied if the goods are not returned in a resaleable condition. So please package any returns carefully and obtain proof of posting to ensure you maximise any return.
